These fine, biodegradable husks (60/100 mesh) ensure no harmful micro-beads harm the environment. Plus, the protective blend of safflower oleosomes and organic cold-pressed canola oil keeps your skin feeling nourished, not stripped. Though designed for the face, Get Buff! is gentle enough for use all over your body.

Directions: Squeeze a small amount of Get Buff! Vegan Exfoliating Facial Cleanser into your hand. Gently work it into a rich lather and massage onto your beautiful face and body to remove dead skin cells. This cleanser can be a bit strong for daily use, so start slow—1 to 3 times a week is ideal for sensitive skin. Remember, the level of exfoliation depends on the pressure you use, so be gentle and treat your skin with care.

Ingredients: Coco-Betaine (and) Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate; Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (coconut-based cleansers), Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, Canola Oil, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Oleosomes (AKA Hydresia), Xanthan Gum, Sodium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Walnut (Juglans regia) Shell Powder.

Please note: We use washed and crushed walnut husks in our formula. Not known to cause allergic reactions. Still, if you are at all sensitive to walnuts/tree nuts – it’s probably not a good idea to use.

Only face wash I use. Produces kind of a cream/foam combination as you rub it on your wet skin. Neither overly moisturizing nor overly astringent. Pleasant, neutral smell. Leaves your face feeling fresh and clean, and when used with Lowens’ skin toner spray, your face is good to go all day.

Although the description warns to start slow, I use it every day. Never found it overly exfoliating or drying.

This product goes on like a cream and has a very slight lather when rubbed. I use it in the shower after I oil cleanse my face and it feels divine.
You literally need a PEA sized amount, it goes SO FAR!! A bottle will probably last me the entire year if not more.
I definitely recommend this product as a gentle cleanser (I always cringe when cleansers are drying to the skin). The reason I gave it 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 is because I’m not sure how exfoliating it is. My skin definitely feels great after and clean, but I’m a tough customer and there sometimes is an area around my nose that will have dry skin around it. HOWEVER, that is something I can live with because I haven’t found a natural product that has perfectly performed yet This one is my go to!

I love that this is EWG Certified. I love that this does not use artificial beads for exfoliation. A creamy exfoliator that really leaves your skin feeling soft and not drying (a plus). This will be a ‘forever’ product for me – It could be just a bit ‘scrubbier’ though.
