Pumpkin and Honey Face Mask
If you’re like me, you went a little crazy with the mini pumpkins this season. That’s not a bad thing though!
Pumpkins are packed with Vitamins A, C and E which are all known to combat wrinkles and keep your skin plump and hydrated all winter long. Not to mention, beta-carotene, zinc, and anti-oxidant power your skin will feel!
Honey, honey, honey…it’s not just for the bears. Oh no, this delicious, decadent ingredient does a whole ‘lotta good for your skin too. Hydration? Check. Glowing skin? Check.
Here’s how to make this face mask – just try not to eat it all before it goes on your face!
Ingredients:
- 2tbsp Organic pumpkin puree or the puree from one small pumpkin
- ½ tsp raw honey
Simply mix these two ingredients together in a bowl and voila! Apply to a cleansed skin and leave on for 20-30 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water and patting dry.
If you want to make it more festive and fragrant, a pinch or two of cinnamon or nutmeg won’t do any harm.

- ½ banana
- 1 tbsp ground oats (throw in the blender for a few minutes if you don’t have ground oats)
- 1 tbsp organic milk
Mash the banana and add your oats and milk until well combined. Apply to a cleansed skin for 20-30 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water.

Who doesn’t love chocolate? - 1 small avocado
- 2 tbsp pure cocoa
- 2tbsp honey
Mash the avocado and stir in your cocoa and honey until a chocolatey, creamy mousse forms. Apply to a cleansed skin for 20-30 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
This will make at least 3 face masks so you can store the remainder in the fridge, but we recommend that you pour it into a bowl and eat it up, because this is a delicious dessert! We are serious.
